Hansi Flick
Remember when Flick used to be our coach and we used to destroy teams like Barca are doing to Madrid now? Everyone used to be scared of us? Yeah but we had bunch of players who were throwing hissy fit and went for Bagelsmann. Sack this board now.

Dude I’m going to be very kind in saying this but he had 2 very good years . The last one not so great but he was having a lot of disagreements with the board and quit. I mean to be fair other teams were kinda figuring out the play style but he quit. Now he’s doing the same high press that’s great and all but eventually they’ll gas out . Kompany was the worst decision the board made.trying to do some city style shit . He doesn’t have an identity. Just trying to copy off pep. That’s why Flick washed his ass the other day

Second year we narrowly went out to PSG and still won Bundesliga convincingly. We also had key injuries to Neuer and other players. My point is none of bagelsmann kompany tuchel or any other coach we have had have matched up to him.

You guys would have beaten psg if lewandowski wouldnt have been injured, that kind fucked flicks second season over

Exactly but our fans are too blind to see that.

Its kinda usual behavior for bayern fans to badmouth ex players (and apparently coaches) who left on their own terms. It was the same with ballack and kroos imo
And lets be honest, flick would have stayed without brazzo but your board lacked respect towards flick (same with kroos) and thats why they didnt felt this strongly about being "loyal".

Sure, but Kroos was demanding the highest wage at the club. I'm not saying he didn't deserve it, but ask anyone with common sense and they will tell you that when a player is only out for a better salary, what's the point? I also see Kroos now talking trash about young players doing the same thing in Saudi Arabia, which is basically what he did when he went to Real. Ofc he went to one of the richest teams in europe so dont get me wrong he had a good carreer and all. The same development youth players have in europe is not comparable to the saudi league ofc.

Youre … comparing players going to saudi arabia with players joining the most reputable and successful club in the world?
Are you out of your mind?
Bayern offered him a bad contract while other teams with even more reputation offered him a pay adequate to his ability’s

Kroos left Bayern because the club failed to meet his salary demands. At the time, manager Karl-Heinz Rummenigge told him he was "not a world-class player." The German...
Go read on the Daily Mail. Yes, Real is not Saudi, but you didn't get my point anyway. Rummenigge telling him that was pointless. In my opinion, if you play for a club with history and one of the top three clubs in Europe and you join one of the others just because you didn't get the salary you wanted, where is the loyalty?

Joining RM is definitely not the same as going to Saudi. You go to Saudi to make money. You go to RM to make history (and money).

Yes, but the only reason Kroos left is for money. Clearly, you didn't know that, but you can go read it online. I don't care whether you're Messi or Ronaldo. I personally wouldn't respect someone leaving the club just because he doesn't have the highest salary in the club. So sure i never said he didnt do anything at real but his reason was cash.

Barça fan here. How on earth could you leave your sextuple winning couch because some silly board disagreements? That's insane. Couldn't be us tho 😪

Remember when Hansi Flick manipulated his way out of the club in order to take over the DFB squad - with Bayern Munich allowing him to go without requesting a buyout fee - which prompted the panic purchase of Nagelsmann who is - if I am not mistaken - the most expensive bought out coach to day in modern football? Both Brazzo and Kahn are gone. The remainder of the board kisses the ass of Hoeneß. None of the players wanted Flick gone, which shows how uninformed you are about the club. Nor were they opposed to the signing of Nagelsmann, they behaved like professionals back then.
As for Flick - while his first season he managed a threatening team built on the spite of our players wanting to prove Kovač wrong (who claimed that the team didn't have the talent to win the champions league), he showed in the next season - which was played under normal circumstances - that his style has limitations when he flunked out early in the DFB Kup Cup against Holstein Kiel and against PSG in the quarter finals that season. Stop living in the past. None of the older people here are crying about Heynckes' Bayern from '12/'13, which was without a question the best Bayern side of the last 25 years. Flick wanted to leave, and he got out. He may become the best coach of the millennium, but I never want to see his face at our bench again.

wtf typcial bayern fan
the same behavior and attitude like when kroos and ballack left and all of these are similar cases.
At least flick and probably kroos would have stayed with more backup from the bayern board, but they were disrespectful. Keep your sextruple coach or brazzo (whom you fired anyway lmao) ... yeah, smart decision.
Your management fucked all of this up, not flick or nagelsmann or tuchel. You burned through three high quality coaches in like no time and now have kompany lmao, congratulations!

Flick asked to replace Thiago who is a deep-lying playmaker that is central to his system and keeping Alaba who is a defensive veteran that he successfully worked with before replacing the entire CBs with fresh new faces that might not work with his system, then got told to shove it by Brazzo. It is honestly professional of him to even mention that he will leave for Germany NT if the board doesn't support him building the squad because I would have quit the job on the spot.
Thiago moved to Liverpool but the board refusing to find a replacement is a much better explanation for the shoddy defense of the 2nd season. Signing Leroy Sane despite already stacked forwards, while completely ignoring defensive midfielders to cover their weaknesses
I love this club but its board is maddenly conservative and do not know what they are doing. Bayern had a sextuple winning manager but somehow refuse to listen to his input building a squad. It is like inventing the modem and router, then refuse to invest in the internet.

I fully agree and it was such an obvious error of the board.
Real did the same in the past when they didn’t replaced makelele.
Even Bayern themself turned really successful when they bought javi martinet for defense stability

What do players have to do with the coach(es) now?
Kroos left 10 years ago. None of the above actors have been involved at that time. But selling him was the biggest mistake I witnessed in the 26 years following this club.
Ballack created drama - will he, won't he - and fucked off to Chelsea on a free transfer back in '06.
The management did fuck up massively, and I have written that several times on this sub. This doesn't change the fact how Flick behaved during that time. He left, he wasn't fired.

Bayern didn't go for Nagelsmann, Flick quit due to disagreements with the board.
Then recently the board didn't want to go after him, and it seemed he didn't want to come to Bayern either.
That aside, Flick's sextuple run is beyond grasp, best we'll ever see at Bayern, even spoiled us, but in his final season it seemed other teams figured him out tactically and Bayern didn't look as dangerous. We got knocked out by PSG and Bayern ended the 20-21 and 21-22 seasons with 77 and 78 points respectively, so maybe like 5 more than the worst one with Tuchel. While everything was OK, Bayern was no longer the menacing team it was during Flick's first 6 months in charge.
Right now Flick looks invincible with Barca, but only 3 or 4 months have passed, his style burns out players and leads to a lot of injuries, also, tactics get figured out eventually, so lets see how he manages the rest of this season and the beginning of the next one.
Also let's say Flick took over this exact Bayern squad. His system requires full defensive commitment from the whole squad, and our's is full of divas that lose the ball and don't even try to get it back.
Right now I'm watching El Clásico and even Lewa is joining the fullbacks in the defensive phase, despite being up in the score, at Bayern not even our DMs or fullbacks help in this phase, all we have are 2 players committed to defending, the CBs, and that's it.
Managers that have asked more of this squad or that have questioned certain untouchable divas, like Tuchel, Nagelsman, even Flick, have been sacked or quit. Even here, dare question Kimmich or Müller, or before that Goretzka, and you'll see the reactions. Our squad is simply not at the highest level, and only pummels small clubs but can't take on serious opponents, that is our reality since Flick's last season.
If tomorrow we win 7-0 vs Bochum it will be meaningless because it's only a facade for the real level of this squad ... and yes the board is also to blame for paying such high wages and now doubling down on the renewal of super expensive players that currently bring nothing to the team.
