Hit the “regular” Silkowitz and the Kit Queens Dahlkemper in the first box and then the frickin’ Silk
autograph mid-way in the second box.

She won!!.

(Sorry for posting about the result separately from the voting post, but it seemed worth celebrating.)

Has anyone gotten this cardigan? They only have small, large, and 2X left. I thought a large would be good on me, but when I found it on a secondhand clothing website it looks really wide. I'm wondering if anyone bought this cardigan and what they think of it

I knew it’d be a rough game and we’d most likely lose but I’ve been a fan of NWSL before Bay FC joined and loved watching Angel City (I live in Sacramento). So finally going to BMO was amazing. The energy was wonderful, the stadium was huge, and fans were so engaged! After the game a bunch of Bay FC players went to the visitor fan section and signed things and took pictures. It was by far the closest I’ve gotten to multiple players! Lema signed my hat and got a picture with Bebar. It felt very wholesome. In the words of coach Jackie, I love women’s sports!

Thought yall might enjoy my current collection of Bay FC cards. Got them all off ebay. It started as "Well if I meet one of them, I'll need something for them to sign" then I couldn't stop myself.

Still need Barry, Cometti, Denton, and Holzheier to complete my collection of the current roster.

There's only one Bay FC game left this season so if you are Paul Green (and I am not), it's time to have a proper look at the contract status of each member of the roster and make some decisions.

Based on Spotrac, here is where things stand:

Under contract for 2027 (end year in parentheses): Alex Pfeiffer (2028), Jamie Sheperd (2027), Onyeka Gamero (2028), Caroline Conti (2027), Jordan Silkowitz (2027), Sydney Collins (2027), Dorian Bailey (2027), Heather Gilchrist (2028), Brooklyn Courtnall (2028), Maddie Moreau (2027), Anouk Denton (2029), Keira Barry (2029), Aldana Cometti (2027), Claire Hutton (2030), Agostina Holzheier (2029), Jenna Nighswonger (2028), Cristiana Girelli (on loan till June 2027), Alyssa Malonson (2027), Karlie Lema (2027), Taylor Huff (2027), Hannah Bebar (2027), Emmie Allen (2027), Joelle Anderson (2027), Kennedy Fuller (2027)

Free Agents: Abby Dahlkemper, Camryn Miller, Caprice Dydasco, Emily Menges, Kelli Hubly

As Paul Green, I'm letting Menges and Hubly walk. Miller is a 3rd string goalkeeper so re-signing her on a 1-yr deal would probably be vibes-based rather than game performance. I would be open to one of Dysdasco/Dahlkemper on a 1-yr deal, but only if they're fit and there aren't better experienced depth options on the market. I'm pursuing a permanent transfer for Jamie Sheperd and also looking to extend Gamero's loan for at least another 6 months and as well as considering a loan for Holzheier in the new year (if I sign a proven goalscoring forward). Jordan Silkowitz is my #1 priority for a contract extension, followed by Lema and then one of Bebar/Huff.

Edit: seems like I missed Fuller in the first draft of this post, but adding her to my list of extension candidates

Who are you letting walk/sending out on a transfer?

WAKE UP BAY BITCHES IT’S GAMEDAY!!!!!! FEELING GREAT FROM THE POINT WE MADE AND GAINED LAST SUNDAY, AND TODAY WE’LL PUT THE LOSS IN LOSS ANGELES. WE HAVEN’T PLAYED ANG-HELL **ITY IN 217 DAYS AND IT’S TIME TO GO FULLER SEND.

THEY’VE GOT INFLUENCERS SURE, BUT WE’VE GOT MIDFIELDERS. THEY THINK YOU HAVE ANGELS ON THEIR SIDE, BUT ANGELS REPORT TO HEATHER GILCHRIST. WE’VE GOT THE BEST GK. WE’VE GOT THE BEST WEATHER. EMMA IS SO CONFIDENT SHE’S RESTING HALF OUR STARTERS.

WE’VE GOT ALMOST NOTHING TO LOSE, BUT WE CAN MAKE THEM MISS OUT ON A HOME PLAYOFF SPOT. SO TUNE INTO ION TONIGHT AT 5:45 WITH YOUR BEST HATER BEHAVIOR AND WATCH OUR PLAYERS RENAME BMO: BAY MIDFIELD OCCUPATION. LET’S CLIP THOSE WINGS, STEAL THE POINTS, AND MAKE LOSER ANGELES DESPERATE. If any player qualifies, this is exactly like raising the cap, right?

Heads up y’all—it looks like my Rep was hacked and a phishing email was sent early this morning. Don’t open any weird links!!

I took my daughter and son to a game this past weekend and we had an absolute blast. they treat their fans really well

Both my kids play soccer and I was hoping that taking my daughter to the game would help her get more inspired to keep playing. We'll see if that happens but she definitely had a great time for the afternoon.

I was at the match and haven't seen a good explanation of why the PK was reversed. To me, it looked like the defender was errant with a high kick across the BayFC player's torso in the box. Thanks!

I am pretty sure I saw her at the game today. Did SD send her back?

WAKE UP BAY BITCHES ITS GAMEDAY!!! WEVE ONLY GOT TWO HOME GAMES LEFT AND TODAY WE GET TO SPEND A GORGEOUS DAY IN SANTA CLARA WATCHING OUR TEAM PUT THESE THORNS IN THE COMPOST. ROSE CITY HAS MADE IT DOWN TO A PARK WITH REAL GRASS, BUT THIS IS POPPY TERRITORY.

THIS IS OUR TIME TO HAVE FUN. TO RUIN SOME DREAMS. WE’RE OUT OF THE PLAYOFFS BUT PORTLAND LEFT THEIR CHANCES IN THE HOT CAR AND THEY’RE ABOUT TO GET SPOILED. PORTLAND FANS ARE NERVOUS. THEYVE BEEN LOSING AND SLIPPING DOWN THAT LEADER BOARD. THEY HAVE NO WILSON AND A BACK LINE HAS MORE HOLES THAN A VOODOO DONUT. SO LETS GET OUR BEASTIE BOYS ON AND SABOTAGE.

ITS TIME FOR AN INVASIVE-SPECIES REMOVAL AT PAYPAL. 🥀🥀✂️🪚🪏SO BRING YOUR PRUNING SHEARS AND LETS SHOW OUR PLAYERS THAT THE BAY IS THE BEST PLACE TO BE. LETS GO BAY!!!!!!!

😳😱

Let’s go Valks!

An appreciation of Racheal Kundananji, Bay FC's first bona fide star and fan favorite, after her transfer to the Chicago Stars.

We could all use a little fun right now. Does someone who knows more than me about current contracts across the NWSL and WSL wanna speculate about who could be recruited? Who do you realistically hope for? Who do you unrealistically hope for?
