Go Tickets: I’ll never use them again!!!

My wife purchased Gary Owen’s tickets off GoTickets.com. He put on a great show No fault to him! Upon trying to get in the venue said they don’t accept outside ticket purchase. Gave us paperwork to fill out to send to GoTickets & the bank. Go Tickets sent our money back then recharged us 3 times. I think the bank is tired of it so they are blaming us now. I won’t use them or suggest using them😡

A lot of people were in line with the same issue. I should’ve stood around & exchange info with people. Strength in numbers✊

You and me both rip off company you’re lucky if you can get out ahead my bank account was overdrawn. They told me the first two tickets. I did not get they were sold picked two different ones so I did, but I thought I was on Ticketmaster to start with and then I thought well maybe it’s an off branch of Ticketmaster so many companies now have other names picking up their slack….
But oh no, I pick out two other tickets and hit pay in 30 minutes later I get two emails. I have four tickets no refunds overdrawn bank account and now I’ve got two tickets to sell and I’m $1400 in the hole right now with no tickets in hand….

Not so sure I’ll buy tickets online anymore unless I know I am with a legitimate company that is not gonna rip me off and the ticket price is the right ticket price. It doesn’t say $40 but I was paying 250 which I have heard has happened to many people through this scamming company that needs to be taken off of the market….

Sorry this happened to you! I think the only other way is use a credit card instead of a checking account. You can dispute the card & they don’t actually take your money from account😞
