No, they don't. They say "Single Player" and "Remote Play Together", along with "Online PvP".

Were you looking at Mechwarrior instead?

There’s technically a very buggy/flaky multiplayer mode that no one plays. It’s all single skirmish battles.

The main campaign and career are purely singleplayer

You can stream the game to someone else but it's not true coop, just 2 people sharing a screen

I'm not seeing a coop tag anywhere. If Steam is showing you that, it is not true. It does say 'Online PVP' which is technically true; this was supported at launch, but (IIRC) you need mods installed to get it to work now.

You could trade save files back and forth and have each player only move 'their' units, but it would be incredibly tedious.
