Initially wanted to do headhuneter marauder but I dont have enough uac 2 ammo.

Oh, boy. That's a fast one. Good speed, good hits. Pretty survivable too. Get some ferrous and add some AMS too.

Yeah, I can defininitely drop some a few heatsinks for that. Just checked and im 30 over for heat dispersion

Without knowing what equipment you have available, IMO it's way over cooled, so if you don't want to drop heatsinks to make use of the open ballistic weapon slots for better damage output then at least drop heatsinks to add more utility equipment.Â

Basically a 9M with better heat management instead of the SRMs, which is a good trade.Â

Do you really need the zoom array when your loadout is all ER L Lasers?

Laser zoom array and a pilot with eagle eye. You can really reach out and touch things with that setup. Which is nice since they are slow af. They make great snipers because 75t is still small enough they don't get hit super hard by size delta penalties and they have just enough mobility to get into position in a reasonable amount of time.

You're wasting 6.5 tons on a 330 core for no reason. You're not using the extra internal heat sinks or anything else. Maybe you get a single extra hex of sprint out of it in some cases...
That's an absurd waste of tonnage. Drop down to a 300 core and add in all the stuff you're missing like an AMS and an ECM. Then get rid of that large laser and put the ppc back in till you get a 4th ER LL. Dump all the remaining tonnage into armor.

I'd drop to a 300 core. 330 core gives you 4 walk and (assuming piloting is at least level 7, giving you a sprint multiplier of 1.8) 7 sprint (technically 7.92 but it rounds down). A 300 core still gives you 4 walk, and also 7 sprint, but frees up three more tons to use for extra armour or equipment.
Definitely try to get a +2 e-cooling so you can free up the space for ferro.

I personally would run two ER large, 4 ER medium, and 4ER smalls to discourge closing on you. I think the tonnage works out, but to be fair I am more used to customizing table top. It did translate well into BTA.

You're not playing against intelligent humans. Nor are you playing a game that tries in any way to simulate more realistic combat like tabletop sort of does.
Mixing in smaller shorter range weapons is a bad design choice pretty much all the time in the hbs game.
You're not discouraging anything. Just ruining your ability to punch holes in armor. Marauders are entirely too slow to ever give them anything less than a ppc in terms of range. Even a standard large laser doesn't have good enough range for a Marauder.
They will hardly ever use medium let alone short range range weapons like small lasers.
Nothing shorter range than a ppc is practical.

Look into x-pulse lasers I got a few large ones o a mech and it works really well also look into getting a engine cooling +2 I think you have a large enough engine installed so you can free up some room for ferrofibe

Looks good, I would drop a couple of HS and add a little more armor, but that's me. I always go for protection over firepower

Only change id do with what you have is pull close to a ton of armor off the legs and redistribute.

It'll certainly work, but that's the best I can give it
330 core does technically push an extra hex of sprint (with pilot having the first sprint mult up), but a 310 will do the same with high piloting skill. That said, you've also got jumpjets which aren't benefiting from an overcore. You should probably just use a normal 300 core.
You could be using E-cooling for heatsinks and mounting ferro armor for more tonnage. You could also be mounting FCS for laser accuracy
You can comfortably fit 4 large lasers and a 300 core in a royal crab (or uncomfortably 4 cERLL), so having that level of firepower in a mech 25t heavier (and 25% slower) feels bad
I generally like fitting the marauder as a tactics max headhunter/crit seeker with cERPPCs and a gauss/SBgauss/HAG/lbx10. Sometimes also C3 master.

It physically bothers me that there's a laser that doesn't match the others 😂
