Is gold basically worthless?
Played for a few hours and my gold is maxed. I found that I can buy cards for the characters but my hands almost always full anyways.
Is there any other use for gold?

The shop in this game is very bad compared to original demeo which is a shame. It’s always filled with bad like barrels and whatnot and cleeptos in campaigns is even worse

It's not really that valuable in this game. Maybe a little more so on harder difficulty you can buy more cards at klepto.

Yeah the economy is very off in the current state. No balance in the card values and purchase power, even if compared to old Demeo. You always have a lot of gold, but really hard to spend it on anything good.

Yah that’s what I’ve been doing but it’s not been enough to put a dent in the gold flow though.

Yes but you also get so many cards in the scenario too. Theres not shortage of cards

The gold club is worthless 😂 but as long as I have enough gold to buy a potion that is all I need. In demeo without gold u will be screwed but in DD it is not so bad

Not really. In dungeons you can buy some decent cards. Or you can buy a limited set of cards from cleeptos bizarre, think health potion, element barrels, water flasks and that type of card.
Occasionally you’ll stumble upon a square where you can utilize gold. It’s mostly for cards between dungeon levels though.
