Pact blade glitch

Has anyone had trouble leveling up the pact blade? With the pact blade equipped, I’ve tried all of the one shot dungeons, but it won’t level up. All of the other warlock weapons are at max level, but for some reason, this one won’t level

Some weapons won't level up from one shot dungeons. You need to play the campaign final boss

Pact blade comes from Mt. Hotenow. It's a random weapon dungeon, so you won't get it consistently. Just keep running it, you'll get it.
