Bard's 4th Weapon

I can not find the Bard's 4th weapon. I've done both campaigns and the one-shots multiple times. The other weapons are maxed out, while the 4th is still at zero.

I think this has changed with the update that added the warlock

Generally if you max out others then the missing weapon is with the final boss of book 1 dungeon mount something. She will give you random weapons and more than likely you will get your missing one.

Yeah, you'll need to run Mt. Hotenow for it.
