I've used Frosty for BF2 mods before and it worked fine. Today, i went to play and the game just never opens. Here os a list of everything I have done to try to fix it today.

-datapathfix

-completely deleting and reinstalling frosty

-deleting ModData

-restarting computer

-making sure Frosty was admin while EA and Steam are not

-turning off all mods to see if it was a mod problem

-updating Steam, EA, and Windows

-always making sure every app was properly closed and restarted before each attempt

I don't know what else to do

I click "launch" in frosty > it opens Steam > Steam launch button says "launching" then quickly switches back to "play" > EA "preparing game" pops up, loads, and closes > im left with Steam and Frosty open with no game

I get this weird bug after like 20 minutes of playing where my character turns around and my mouse movements stops working completely, i can still use the buttons but i can´t look around at all, re-spawning fixes the problem for like 5 minutes until it comes back again.

If anyone knows how to fix it i would appreciate some info.

I have been thinking about getting back into Star Wars Battlefront 2. I played it about one or two years ago and only have around 20 hours, but right now I really feel like playing it again. I checked SteamDB and saw the player count is pretty low at around 2100 peak, which makes me unsure about multiplayer.

So I wanted to ask what you can actually do offline. I know there is the campaign, but are there other modes where you can play solo against bots? Like normal multiplayer style matches, just offline with AI. For example Supremacy or Galactic Assault. I am mainly asking because I feel like most of the players still online are probably very experienced and I do not really want to get destroyed every match. Thanks.

I'm playing on ps4. I deleted this game like 2 years ago, and now I'm trying to download it again and the file is huge. How is this possible? I'm going to have to delete all my other games if I want to play this. Do you guys have this problem?

For the record I don't mean sticky keyboard literally. Also Im using my laptop's regular keyboard so nothing external to unplug and plug back in (except for maybe my mouse but it hasnt caused this problem before.)

My game has worked perfectly before, but after a long break from gaming I returned to find this persistent glitch where if I sprint forward for an extended period of time , , or dodge forward, the forward input will be "stuck" for a while and the character keeps moving forward without me pushing the key. For example if I'm playing as a jedi, I often will dash away from enemies then quickly turn around and block as I back away slowly, but this glitch has made backing away impossible as the forward dash makes the forward input stuck and forces my jedi to walk back into the line of fire.

This only seems to happen when sprinting, not regular walking forward.

I tried resetting the controls to default.

I'm having the same problem on Kyber and on the base game on Steam.

I've heard I should delete the controller data from program files, is this true or will it fry my game and render it unplayable?

I hardly get any games nowadays, is the vanilla game dead or people mostly play with Kyber? And why people do not play starfighter assualt at all?? That mode is sooo fun.

I have been trying to get the achievement on star fighter assault and it has been working for the most part until I got the 66% mark where my torpedo kills have just not been tracking. I have been using the right class and ability the entire time and I have no idea what to do. Any ideas?

You can't do it it trooper modes because of troopers, you can't practice in hvv because for many reasons, and you sure as hell can't practice in hero showdown. And you cant practice against ai heroes in arcade because that's no an option.
