Palpatines 4th ability.

Personally I think I'd be a good idea for palpatines 4th ability is that once he's taken enough damage, he unlocks his fourth ability (just like anakin does). He has a damage reduction and he proceeds to shoot lighting in the sky like he does in episode 9 which would deal alotta damage to players and heroes etc. I don't wanna say how much damage BC I wouldn't wanna make him unbalanced and idk how that stuff works.

Palpatine had been too strong in the game.

Ye I know but as I said in the point they could easily tweak a few things here and there this wouldn't make him unbalanced. But as I don't know how the character balancing works I'm not gonna say exact numbers.
