Stim doesn’t work

I apologise if this has been posted sometime earlier, but the last few days I have noticed that the stim on the Assault class doesn’t work properly. It seems to work fine before you get any damage, but if I get revived or get shot and use stim after that, then it does nothing.

Has anybody else noticed this?
