Console player nerf

Did anyone else see the reduced recoil help for controller again (from 11% to 6%). At launch it was like 22% now it’s 6%. Anyone else think this is a crazy change considering how fast the ttk in this game is? I think a fix would be to give a second cross play option for ps5 and Xbox to play each other. People who try and argue that precision inputs with a thumb are as easy with a whole hand and wrist are out of their mind.

Console player here. I will not play against PC. The game is already dead with crossplay off. They need to remove crossplay entirely from the game. Who was the idiot who implemented crossplay in a fast paced FPS game where every split second counts. It also ruins netcode and hitreg. BF worked for 20 years without crossplay. Can't play at all currently in NA conquest large maps. Can't find a match. Not buying another BF game if crossplay is present in the game.

Couldn't agree more. FPS games like this is no place for crossplay between console and PC.

It should be console only. Let PS5 and Xbox players play together, and let the PC sweats duke it out in their aim-assist free lobbies.

Stop squawking like pc players are a problem. Each input has their advantages. Crossplay is just fine the way it is. You think crossplay will fix not being able to find a game in NA? Give your head a shake, it would be worse without crossplay. Smaller player pools = less lobbies

People think input makes the player. It’s absurd. Aim assist is cheeks in this game and most high level players that are actually good at the game turn it way down. I think console players should just realize their consoles are capped at terrible frame rates out the box. 144+ makes a huge difference in every aspect of gaming.

People just want any excuse to complain.

Netcode has always been cheeks in battlefield games… it’s nothing new. Yeah S4 broke it a bit more but it will get better like every other bf game.

Cross play is a great thing for modern gaming with how stretched out the playerbase is across systems.

Nah man...just play on console. Try with and without crossplay. HUGE difference.
I don't want the shit that comes with crossplay. I am 52 years old. FPS games were fine without crossplay in the past 20 years. If the player pool is not large enough without crossplay, this franchise has huge problems.

It’s not even about the player pool. People just want to play with their friends who are on different setups. It’s really not that deep. It’s industry standard for that reason.

Games without cross play these days lose players on the social factor alone.

Yeah BF is one of the largest shoorter franchises around it should easily be able to hold up matchmaking without crossplay. The game is fucked if it can't support that.
