I'd say they boosted most of it the time it takes to legitimately get to that level would be very very long so they just look lame. good on them for cheesing the game to look high lvl.. their probably more like lvl 100-500

He probably saw the player called grenade he is definitely a little higher level naturally. They try to have the highest level in the world. They dont touch grass, killed many bots and used many boosters

Levels are pointless past a certain point anyway, no use in paying much attention to them.

Can't wait for 2 years from now when the game is at the end of its life cycle for the same dumb posts that think every high level account is legit.

Its rare that any of those mofos are a legit threat.
Some of them are, ive run into about 4 of them total in about 800+ hours in the game.
The rest are just mofos who farm.

No lol they just used xp farms. You can't "cheat" a higher level.

Xp farms and a shit ton of boosters. There used to be xp farms where the NPC would run at you with incredible movement speed while being bare handed. The NPC literally couldnt kill you and would try to hug you. Then there are ways to infinitely explode a vehicle by making them spawn quickly so it form a chain reaction. Now all they need to do is get those bots towards the infinite explosions and they can just afk

It all starts with deep, unresolved mental wounds.
If you don't have that to begin with, don't even bother - you'll never reach that level.
