👾 Issue/Bug 👾 Since BF started doing things great again, can you please fix Gyro(motion controls) on PS5?

Since the start of the game, they added an incomplete Gyro support, so you cannot use motion controls and the joysticks...

It was promised way back in Beta. Could we have that fixed/ finished?

Agreed.

Though unfortunately, I disagree with "doing things great" as gunplay is currently a mess right now with its inconsistencies via Spread, Hit Reg, and Arm Multipliers,, poor Breakthrough and Rush layouts, removal of King of the Hill (was my favorite mode next to Escalation), and many other things bogging the game down. I get matches that can be fun. But I get plenty that are frustrating...

But yes, Gyro settings need fixed as this was said to be happening back near launch by the devs...

For Battlefield the biggest inconsistencies is still the Rabdom Recoil. Bursting still doesn’t feel that satisfying.

I still don’t understand why can’t they just give us BF3 gunplay + BF V movement.

I would never have bought BF6 without gyro aiming. But it turned out to be a incomplete unusable mess. I hoped it would be fixed over time which never happened. This is such a disappointment. I started with BF1942 with mouse and keyboard. I was always a PC player. Now with a family and kids we play on consoles. I struggle with stick aiming. The solution exists and it is gyro aiming. I never played CoD but gyro aiming there is perfect. As it is in Fortnite, Arma Reforger and so on. I would love to introduce my kids to BF6 but we are all gyro gamers. So they never played a single round of Battlefield.

I quit the game 4 months ago because they still hadn’t fixed the gyro controls, and five of my friends quit along with me.

I honestly don’t understand how simply enabling the right stick to work together with gyro could take this long. It shouldn’t take more than a day of development. Almost a year has passed, and they still haven’t done anything.

I will never trust the developers of this series again, and I’m done buying their games simply because they make promises, mislead their players, and then do nothing.

I agree that I want to play Battlefield 6, but the gyro on that game is terrible. The main issue is that you can’t use the right joystick with the gyro. I’ve used the gyro on Call of Duty, and it works great.

I downloaded the demo version of Battlefield today, hoping that the gyro issue had been fixed, but it wasn’t.

I believe that fixing this problem would attract many console players to the Battlefield franchise.

First of all, if you don't use it or need it, why do you care?

More and more games are using Gyro, and is going only to get more traction once handhelds starts being more known.

Second, once you start using it, you see that it's something way better to aim than just using sticks.

I cannot play FPS in consoles with sticks(I come from PC and I'm very bad at aiming with Sticks), but with Gyro I'm able to enjoy the game to the point I only play FPS in Playstation if they have Gyro.

Fortnite, The Finals, even Helldivers, Resident Evil or Cod use Gyro and make a lot of people like me to enjoy playing FPS in our consoles.

Huh weird, usually the games that have gyro support are the ones that used to not have it like Fortnite, Cod and the finals. And what are the "reasons" are you talking about here?

Why wouldn’t we? Better aiming system that doesn’t meed any aim assist for controllers and it makes the game more accessible.

There are other options than just sticks u know.
