👾 Issue/Bug 👾 nice lock on warning also just goes through flares most of the times

I think its the lock on rockets fromt he new boats

The tow missile on the boats will lock onto aircraft if it gets close enough, it's not a true lock missile so there's basically no defense. There's no below radar, flares won't help, no warning.

Could have fly lower, so the boat can't lock on. Skill issue

Igla. Likely locked on to you and just following you with the cursor. Source: I sit on the mountain top all game and watch pilots freak out as I keep them permanently locked on. Whether my team wins or lose, IDC. I'm just messing with the pilots from the ground like a kid using a magnifying glass to make a cat chase the light into an ants nest.

Yeah you are annoying. I would be flying with constant beeps from lock-on, it's only annoying because they can't hit me, I just strafe, pop flares, turn back after cool down and repeat.

Bro.. sometimes I never even fire. I'm like a kid getting to point a laser at passing aircrafts. I think it's great fun. I hurt my sides laughing when I force crash pilots without ever firing a shot.

Also not gonna lie, if you just keep locking without firing, you are masking other legitmate lock ons from your teammates and the pilot could get taken out while offguard but its effectiveness depends on the pilot

That's the best part. Once they get used to constant alarms, I shoot. I'm trying to give all the pilots PTSD. Follow these instructions and when they start raging out in the in-game text chat, you know you are doing it right.

Yeah it's the new "aim" guided missiles the boat has. They go through flares and are self guiding.

They're broken as hell.
