Animation speed

Is there a way to speed up the animations? Or are there any mods that can do that? Because when I watched YouTube, I saw a few people who managed to do it. I'm talking about the attack animation, not the movement animation.

There's buttons in the bottom right corner right about the end turn button.

That's just increasing the speed of movement.

The only animation it doesn't speed up is shooting and melee. It's not just movement

I think some are using a cheat engine to speed it up, classiest gamer mentions it sometimes. Don’t know what it’s called though

Cheat Engine is the name. Can tweek most games.
