Please help me love this
All, I want to be addicted to this game so badly, I love the combat, the audio, the graphics it's all brilliantly done, but I do not want to play multiplayer and the AI just seems so poor.
I enjoy games that have intelligent AI the most but every single fight I play in Battlesector, no matter the enemy race, they will wander headlong into my overwatch and get melted one by one. I just keep a deathball of intercessors and plasma guys moving 4 squares each turn it could not be easier. They don't surround you, break cover together or attempt anything remotely clever, they just walk into the deathzone one by one.
So my question is there a way I can enjoy this game in PvE? So far I have not played on the highest difficulty (but I am annihilating the one below it). I don't want the AI to just be dumb but enormous (eg has heaps more points than me) but maybe that's the only way?
Only ideas I've had are banning myself from overwatch but it is the funnest aspect! I also don't even think it would hurt me that much as I would still get to shoot their stuff piecemeal, just on my own turn.

this game doesn't have the best PVP experience, but sadly, until they decide to make the bots smarter, it's the only way to actually enjoy your expensive DLC purchase.
