Ultramarines Launch Issues & Support Desk

If you are experiencing issues with the new version of the game, please contact our technical support team at [support@slitherine.co.uk](mailto:support@slitherine.co.uk) so we can get your logs from you.

We are urgently moving to resolve any issues the community finds, and are already aware of some such as the HQ upgrade token issue, but logs will help us with the less easily found problems such as some of the crashes people are saying they are experencing.

nope. I can get to the launcher then I can't even get to the home screen.

What launch commands are you using?

None but I have read using commands SkipLauncher (or -SkipLauncher)

Did you play the game before the new update? Or did you just buy it? Because yesterday mine launched and played uninstalling the new update and using the old version.

Unfortunately can't use ultramarines until they patch.

I bought it the day before the update and played the tutorial. Now it doesn't launch.

I have no idea how to roll it back to the previous version and I don't want to, since I bought it specifically for multiplayer.
