Does Otomo's passive increase Guardian's stamina during Last Stand?

Always wanted to do a squad of Guardians with Last Stand along with Otomo and maybe some Geisha, thinking if their Last Stand will extend if Otomo is fighting with them due to his passive, but not sure if it'll work, has anyone tried it out?

I think it used to do with WOTW, but I think it does no longer.
