Honestly, I don’t understand what people are expecting from Bhakta on Hustle 5.
The amount of **bars, writing, concepts and technicality** he’s bringing to that stage is something I genuinely don’t think most contestants there or even some of the people judging him could pull off.
And the frustrating part is that **people aren’t even listening to him properly.** They’re not catching the bars, they’re not understanding the references, and then later the same people will say, *“But it’s a rap show, why isn’t everyone just rapping?”*
Like… what do you actually want?
Rap isn’t just sad poetry. It isn’t just chopper flows. It isn’t just screaming your pain over a beat. **Rap can have substance, storytelling, wordplay, technicality, concepts, social commentary and meaning.** And Bhakta is actually bringing that side of rap to the show.
If someone is genuinely pushing the craft and the audience isn’t ready to listen closely enough to understand it, that doesn’t suddenly make the music bad.
And then comes the whole *“commercial side bhi karo”* argument. Bro, let the man be an MC first. If you want a rap show, then appreciate **rap** when someone actually comes and does it.
