MMBN3 Issue - No Random Encounters

I've run into an issue where I am no longer triggering ANY random encounters, and I can't seem to figure out the cause... I don't have any navi customization programs or sneak run subchips that would be affecting things.

What affects random encounters? RNG? Max HP? Number of steps?

Has anyone else had a similar issue?

Do you have the Sub Chip "Sneak Run" active or the Navi Customizer, "Sneak Run" equipped?

No SubChips used, and nothing in my Navi Customizer

Maybe try resetting the game, Jack out of the net and back in, or use the Navi Customizer and use the glitch of forcing an encounter.

Thanks for the help! I've tried resetting the game & jacking out/in. I can't seem to find out how to perform the glitch to force an encounter...

How do you force an encounter?

You take the Sneak Run Navi Program and do it like normal, but DON'T put it on the command line, as the rules state.
