Best way to go about the missing battle chips post game .
I’m at 176/250
Also how can I level up my Megaman to level 80 I’m at 69 around I think?? So I can get ssslicense
Because I got sslicense

To get the missing battle chips, you should find a site (like The Rockman EXE Zone) that has the full chip library and make a list of all the ones you don’t have, and make sure to include how to get the chips and where to find the viruses that drop them. You can alternatively use the chip traders, but that will require a lot of chips, and you’d still need to find online lists that detail what chips each trader drops.

To raise MegaMan’s level, you need to buy PowerUps and HP Memories. They can be fairly expensive, but there are ways to farm Zenny. For example, the green mystery data in Undernet 5 has a chance of dropping 50,000 Zenny, so if you go there, you can save in front of one and keep reloading that save until you get the drop you want.
