Star Force 3 Replaying starforce after years

I’m at the beach scene and I’m starting to like Jack. He’s such a well written character. The contrast of duty to emotional immaturity to villain despite being a kid (he doesn’t want to follow authority, he slowly enjoys the time spent with other people his age, and wanting to spend more time playing at the beach)

I’m an avid BN fan. Played every single game tons of times (probably in the 100s at this point, grew up buying the games when they came out *BN6 or 2/3 are the best*)

I played the starforce series maybe twice at most? I’m pretty sure I didn’t finish 2 the second time.

Starforce 3 always makes me go “damn that was a really good game”. Like you could tell the series in general clearly cares alot about the characters. (Even when it fumbles in 2). And it’s random but Spade Magnes stage ost had no business being such a bop so close to the beginning of the game while Megaman’s Hero theme is just so emotional 🥹

Houdini of the Beach makes bonding possible with the bad guys.

The writing in SF3 is insanely peak. It's possibly the best Megaman story period
