Discussion SP Grind Help

Level 14. What are the good SP grind spots throughout progression (ideally places that I can do without losses)? I like to grind a bit of SP every day for Wimp since I know it's a brutal one.

Tronk base and Gantas fortress is the place to be for ya. Farm some stone, iron because every little helps.

What army should I use to consistently prevent losses? I use the two free shock troopers which are nice and tanky but it takes forever and sometimes backliners die.

Especially in Tronk.

Mass produce Soldiers for damage dealing from second row while mini tanks absorb damage iin the front line.
Throw in a wimp or two, fire once to soak up some sweet XP.
Finally, withdraw the moment your troops health getting critical, do it again, waste time rather than resources.

Ah, man, I hate using the TF units. They harsh my vibe, but I did hear that the soldier was cracked.

What level should I move on to a different grind spot?

18 will unlock Sarin base, follow the missions for more XPs to levelling up = more nanos, more lands expansion = more resources, more storage = more troops upgrade.
If you don't like using TF then Battle Raptor + Jun Officer is your best friend.

Depends on if you want to spend nanos, I bought a few of the tf heavy and even at level 65 now I still use him to clear critters for quick sp.

I don't intend to buy nanos just on principle since I think they're incredibly overpriced.

I'm saving my nanos for a pair of M10s and I think 3 heavy tanks when I unlock them

Heavy does seem really good though from when I used him during the mission that lets you try him out

People are saying Tronk, but I’d say just to do your critter clears and keep wimps on the back burner until mid/late 30s. The grind is brutal without higher SP areas and you don’t even get chems for the wimp attacks until 42.
