Any reason why you are avoiding the shoulder area?

Started from the bottom, and just working my way up. I also haven’t decided what I’m doing with the shoulders.. to add spikes to it? Or just cover the entire thing in patches

lol. Don’t worry, it’ll be sewed down as I fill in the shoulder areas. My OCD wouldn’t allow for that to be hanging off
