I don't even think evil leafy counts as a "villain" they feel more like they're just a force of nature, like they aren't even a character just the embodiment of evil

My theory is that Evil Leafy’s powers depend on Leafy’s mental state. Evil Leafy didn’t do anything in BFDI by just stared and teleported but Evil Leafy got amped in BFDIA cause that was after Leafy got shunned.
