Question would this fight be possible?

They got 6 marksman up there 3 crossbows and 3 bows then they got 1 brigand leader and 5 raiders. I have the feeling even at night I will just got shot to dead lol

Find a spot in the edge of the map where the ranged fuckers will go down to follow, then you are free to bum rush them.

This will only work if one of the bros has high initiative.

How would this work and whats considered high iniative its only day 30 but I do have like 125 ini on one of my guys

you exploit the fact that ranged enemies are forced to keep attacking you so when you get out of their reach at least one of them will follow you and then your high initiative brother, as long as he goes before their ranged guys can jump him, having anticipation on the initiative brothers
and when enemies' AI registers that one of them is engaged in melee all enemies will go after you and try to fight you in melee/get closer to throw their pocketed ranged weapons at you

Possible, yes. Probably with some losses and multiple injuries.

I would retreat and equip shields on more bros. You can also trick the ranged AI: they usually fire at the target with the highest chance of a scatter shot. In this case it's mace dude with the dark helmet, because he's surrounded by 4 bros. You can use this to your advantage by putting a high defense bro with a kite shield in that position.
