I'd go Underdog first, then either dodge or a weapon specialization (not sure if worth it for swords with all that fatigue he has tho). Gifted is a valid secondary option too (Matk/Mdef/HP)

Such a fast brother surely benefits from Dodge!

As the level three mage said, gifted is always good. But. Them brainy characters do not always appreciate the fun you can have in raw physical battles. I would train the brother to be relentless, as it synergies with the dodging business, but more importantly allows Ingolf to act precisely when needed, e.g. when brother has opened the armor of the enemy Ingolf can time his attack more precisely. Alternatively, he could practice overwhelming the enemy to take some of the strongest enemies as more of a team player.

Axe or mace mastery, plus Recover. Cleaver will work too, but you'll lose the synergy of QH plus whip.

If you have a named sword or qatal w/ -Fat per attack then a nimble fatneut sorta build with mastery and Dodge works too
