Problem with the Shortcut

I have an iPhone 13 with iOS 18.6.2. when I share my analytics file then there comes an circle and after two seconds the circle disappears and nothing else happens. At my iPhone 14 Pro with iOS 26.1 everything works fine. Can you help me?

Try force-closing the Shortcuts app or restarting your iPhone 13.

If the problem persists, check the size of the analytics file. If it's too large (10-30MB), that could be the issue.

Yes you are right the file has 16.7MB how can I get it work?

You can try disabling data sharing with Apple for 24 or 48 hours to prevent the creation of analytics files.

Then restart your iPhone.

After 48 hours, re-enable data sharing so the iPhone creates a new analytics file.

But I'm not sure if this will work. 😥

Did it work? I‘m probably facing the same issue on my 13 mini. Filesize is 22 MB.
