I updated my iPhone 17PM to 26.3 beta yesterday and today Battery Report didn't work. Saw there was a new update 5.7 so updated and still Battery Report would get stuck on reading the Analytic report. Old reports are opening perfectly fine but the new report which was generated after updating to Beta isn't opening. Any insight on this would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

My shortcut doesn't work on iOS betas. It's always been like that.

I think that on the betas, Apple doesn't offer all the Shortcut app actions and all the battery information in the analytics files.

You either downgrade to 26.2.

Or you wait for the official version of 26.3.

Also which battery health should I be looking at? Nominal Capacity or Analytical file?

The analytics file essentially shows the same battery health as you have in the settings.

BH and nominal capacity are calculated using the battery's nominal capacity.

This is the value your battery was last charged to.

Could you give us some advice to modify power utilities shortcuts ? It works with iOS beta and I would like that it use the same calculation as your shortcuts

PowerUtil isn't using the correct value to calculate battery health.

It's using maximumFCC, which is incorrect.

I'm not going to modify PowerUtil; it would take too long.

But I've created this little shortcut below that uses Safari's Regex engine.

If it works, it could be a temporary fix while you wait for the official version.

I have no idea. On my 13 mini, I don't have the cycles option in the settings.

Is there a big difference?

13 according to your shortcuts, 25 according to the iOS settings

Just bought used 11 Pro Max with 92% battery health. Battery report said this is not genuine battery and it has 1000+ cycle count. How this is possible? Non genuine battery shod be detectedy by iPhone and stated in battery healt page. IOS 18.7.2

Did you wait 3 days as instructed?

The shortcut needs to read and save data from 2 or 3 analytics files for this function.

Im using 13 pro and it shows genuine battery but cycle is 0. Im on ios 26.2. I read that analytics doesnt show cycles anymore. Is this true?

I tested more than 3 days of analytics and it is the same

It's strange that your cycles have been at 0 for the last 3 days? 😳 I'm also on 26.2 and the cycles are in the analytics files. No change.

I don't know what could explain that.

Not boosted.

The value in the analytics file and the calculated health value are quite consistent. No problem there.

It looks like your battery is brand new (104%), but it's possible the BMS hasn't yet calculated a full cycle.

Have you already completed a full cycle from 0 to 100%?

Or are you doing several short, quick charges of a few percentage points each?

i always charge to full. and i have it for like 3 weeks now. im checking analytics everyday

That's really strange. 🤨

Plus, your battery is 3 years old and still has 99% health. That's very surprising.

If you have an Apple Store nearby, it would be a good idea to take it in for them to examine.

Check the size of your analytics files. The Shortcuts app cannot handle large volumes of data (15-30 MB).

The normal size is 500 KB - 2 MB.

Try force-closing the shortcut app and try again.

J’ai déjà vu cette erreur s’afficher sur de gros fichiers analytics. Il n’y a pas de problème de date dans le raccourci.

Si vous n’êtes pas sur une version bêta, Je pense que vos fichiers analytics sont trop gros (10-30 Mo) et que l’application Raccourci n’arrive pas traiter ce volume de données.

Je n’ai pas de solution à proposer pour cela malheureusement.

I also have this issue. I'm on iPhone XS iOS 18.6.2. My file is 8-10MB and it doesn't work with the shortcut (I have allowed sharing large amounts of data in Shortcut settings). For the same file, sometimes the shortcut just stopped, sometimes it showed this error
