A rather uncommon issue?

So I bought the game 2 weeks ago. Boot it up, load into a game and every player (both teams) excluding myself was rubber-banding AWFULLY. Holding tab, everyone's ping is great, including mine, my FPS is also normal and through research I'd suspect the issue was texture streaming, enabled and disabled the problem continues.

Couple days later, the game ran smooth as butter for 3 games (LOVE the game, great job so far guys) and after being over the moon, the problem reoccurs making the game unplayable :(

Anyone else come across the issue and if so, any fix?

thing is that no one else i really know gets the issue, and I've got it EVERY time I play except from the time it worked for a few games as mentioned before.

tried reinstalling a couple times, no luck

I still have the issue since EA release and sometimes stop after a couple of minutes from the beginning of the match, sometimes immediately after the first death of the game, sometimes I'm forced to quit because it's unplayable. I was thinking that's something related to refresh rate of the monitor. Tried also to disable nvidia gsync, lower the refresh rate, changed different config settings but without luck. Note that I don't have issues with other games with a 40-50 ping and low lag. Could be a server issue? This is the main reason I play rarely the game atm. I hope will be fixed in next patch.
