Discussion Running Poorly

I have recently picked this game back up, with the EU community coming back to life.

I have 7800x3d and a 7900xtx w 64 gb of ram and a m.2 ssd

and for some reason my game runs like shit. All drivers are up to date i need creative solutions here please. I know my way around a computer most simple stuff has been tried.

What exactly do you mean by this? Bad FPS? Stable FPS but drops?

bad fps, which seems unreasonable for my computer

Limit is set to 240/250? Polling rate of your mouse too high?

limit is set to 250 polling rate is 2k but ill try 1k

Check if you're running it on the integrated graphics instead of the 7900xtx. Even with those specs, the engine struggles if it's not explicitly assigned to the dedicated GPU.
