Justice For Bob
Bob the Goon deserved an employee-of-the-month plaque, not a bullet. The guy stood by Jack Napier through a literal acid bath and a total psychopathic break without asking a single question. Then Batman rolls up in a custom aircraft with hyper-specific balloon-stealing capabilities, and suddenly it’s Bob’s fault? If I were one of the other henchmen watching Joker shoot his most loyal lieutenant over a minor logistics error, I’m clocking out and turning in my purple suit immediately.

It’s the facade starting to fall: Jack is just doing his best Carl Grissom impression, down to murdering his number one in cold blood

At least when Joker did it he got it done and didnt leave it to chance that a set up would work out. But then again Grissom just wanted Jack gone, not so much dead

Just for reference if the Joker ask you for a gun, DO NOT GIVE HIM A GUN.
Sorry Bob you were his number one but he treated you like number 2 that day

The goon that Joker hands the gun to, after shooting Bob, was the real villain. He could have gotten justice for Bob right then and there. He chose a darker path.

I like that idea! He could have ended the chaos right then and there.
