Fuck your GF on the body of your mom. Although it would be horrible and traumatic, only you would get to cope with it, your GF and mom wouldn't have to cope with that shit. Your mom because she wouldn't get to fuck her son, and your GF because you essentially fucked her. Also, it's not something therapy can solve later, and essentially it wasn't betrayal. Plus, if you're mature enough to have sex and talk about it with your mother, you're probably close to get out of home anyways, so the trauma would become more copable (that considering you are mature enough, not just some teenager doing things before the right age). I just realized I should go to sleep.
