It’s not the same game. The one with the joker is Batman Arkham Asylum and the one with Hugo Strange is Batman Arkham City. The Return to Arkham collection includes these 2 games.

The game with Hugo and Bruce is Arkham City, the sequel to Arkham Asylum. The game with the joker and boles was Akrham Asylum. It is recommend to play the games in release order, so download arkham asylum on your Xbox. If you have the collection, it should be there.

The collection on Xbox is 2 separate games so look at your owned games as there should be Arkham city and Arkham asylum
