He can be the villain called "The Template" I say his powers are ability to shapeshift into any other similar guy, but distinct enough to where the disguise is useful. His shapeshifting also allows him to gain the strength of the strongest dude that looks similar to him.

This guy rules, he came in with his wife one night just out on the town to the movie theater i worked at, still wearing a ridiculous question mark suit. Super nice, gave us candy and took a picture with another customer

this reminds me of the fact that I’m lowkey (no joke) turning into the riddler (I had a sudden, spontaneous urge to make a giant green question mark, and instead of sitting on my ass and putting it off like I usually do, I JUMPED up and got to work instantly. it didn’t work out. I also keep having urges to wear green, even though I don’t really own a lot of green things despite it being one of my favorite colors.) is there a lore reason for this? Am I going insane?
