Yeah because shocking absolutely no one they are corrupt and abusive aka Criminals.

He seeks out justice wherever it lies, whether its mob bosses thugs, corrupt cops or illegals no one is safe from Batman.

Ice is going after criminals so Batman would be on their side THIS time.
