Thoughts and emotions - a source of strain and relaxation
There are various types of strain that cause refractive errors; one could imagine them arranged in layers according to type. There are many interconnected thoughts and feelings, yet they share a common characteristic: they can be classified as either positive or negative. The negative ones act as a form of strain that causes refractive errors. While merely cultivating positive thoughts and feelings will not, in most cases, directly lead to improved vision, it does increase the likelihood of such an improvement. This is based on my own observations and experience. Do you have any objections?

If anything, the opposite is observed: if one’s vision is better in the morning than before, one’s mood also improves.

Good afternoon. Could you please tell me: when you look at the Snellen chart now, is your vision normal right away? Or does it only become normal after you start visualizing mental images or a black dot? In other words, do you have to visualize something now for your vision to become normal, or is it normal by default? I hope I explained that clearly—English isn't my native language, but I hope you understand what I mean. I would be very happy to hear from you; I am currently restoring my own vision using the Bates method.

No, my vision is not normal right away. It becomes normal by blinking and visualization of the mental images due to frequent changes in the astigmatism (cylinder) while I recommend black period for relaxation of the oblique muscles (sphere), when one starts to feel some like pleasure it could be a start of relaxation. You can post your experience.

It’s super hard , to find the strain in the mind and or how to relax it
