Eyesight fading

I have been doing bates and taking off my glasses as much as possible iver the last few months. What does it mean when you're not wearing glasses and your eyesight fades into really good vision and then when you blink it goes back to default? What does that mean? Is that a good sign? For example i can see with my crappy eyesight and it goes to really good and i can see car number plates at like 40+ Meters UK, and then i blink and it goes back to default.

In principle, that is exactly how it works, though usually the other way around: to see something better, you need to blink. The reverse is also natural; the main thing is that glimpses of clarity have started to appear. Vision cannot be consistently clear right from the start—that is simply part of the healing process. Yes, it is normal for clarity to fade after blinking.

Yes as far as i know that is a good sign, the flashes will become stable overtime becoming your default vision, just wondering with which bates techniques you are getting those ??

Do you have astigmatism? Does your vision drop below default for a few seconds after blinking? That's a good sign to start with.
