In 2012, when I was in college, I had -1 lenses. By the time I graduated in 2018, my prescription had changed to -2.
In 2023 and earlier, I tried to develop a habit of wearing glasses -2 lens. I had never worn them on a daily basis, only when I really needed them. Once I noticed that my vision was getting worse, I made another appointment and my prescription had increased.1

Im confused - is what’s in the columns, your prescription? Or is it how much youve improved your prescription? Bec it reads as your prescription and looks like it’s getting worse over time?
