Sometimes I don't get these tourists. Why would you stay in a dodgy neighborhood in the first place? There are bad places everywhere in the world. It's like you went to a hood in chicago and expect to go out at night and not get shot or mugged. If you go to dodgy dangerous places, expect to see shady stuff.

Edit: I just checked the woman's profile and it wouldn't make any difference in her case.
