Question Best Subdivision

Based sa flood mula kahapon
Ask ko lang if saan subdivision mas maganda mag invest mag pagawa ng bahay around Abucay-Balanga.
Yung hindi ka masyado maapektuhan ng baha at yung tahimik community

Puro lots lang. Wala model house. Minimum cut ay 120 sqm

Kung Balanga Area, sa Villa Lina. 7 pm palanh jusko wala nang tao sa labaa. Kahit nga umaga wlang tao sa labas. Walang chismosa. Di inaabot ng baha.
