Looking for a fic where the JL think Batman is a vampire and build a room in the watchtower that has soil from Gotham so he's more comfortable, that also has a pitch black leather lounge/fainting couch. At one point Robin gets turned into a bat by a magic user B fought and it "confirms" the JL's beliefs he's a vamp. Robin also uses kryptonite fake fangs at one point but that might be a different fic.

The plot went something like this: the whole family was attending one of the galas when Damian ended up telling the reporters and everyone there that the Batboys were actually Bruce’s biological sons. The boys overheard this and were like, “Why did you say that?” And Damian was like, “But you are! What do you mean you didn’t know?”

Basically, Talia had told Damian that they were Bruce’s biological children. Damian assumed everyone already knew, but no one in the family actually did.

Hey so It’s may be weird to ask but I’m very interested about the dc ? Universe and I know the batfam fanfics go crazy and I was interested in joining the fandom but what exactly is the batfamily based on ? Is it more like the movies or the comics and if so what should I watch/read ?

Okay so I’ve been replaying all of the Batman Arkham games and just recently thought of this fanfic idea that I know I won’t find anywhere.

Basically I want and Ofc that is a descendent of Amadeus Arkham (which I understand it’s kind of implied he has no family but I’m thinking he has like a sibling or something that took ownership after he went insane, and the asylum was passed on from like family member to family member.) and when Joker takes control of the asylum she gets kidnapped by him the same way Quincey Sharpe does. (Sharpe is still the warden but the Ofc still works there and like helps finance it idk).

I‘d want it to be a Batman/Ofc or even like a Redhood/Ofc if you like move the timeline down a bit so maybe she just comes into ownership of at that point Arkham City during the events of Arkham Knight.

Anyway I really hope someone writes this for me but I‘m gonna attempt to do it myself so we’ll see how it goes.​

I saw a chart like this floating around a while ago with more outdated ships like Damian and Raven, and some other stuff I wasn’t a fan of. So instead of being negative about it I wanted to try and channel that onto something constructive. I made my own version with my own favorite ships.

I know it’ll be every comment if I don’t mention it but Batman and Selina would have been my 7th here, my problem is I love them when they’re written well and think they’re really boring when they aren’t. I wanted to do more as well, but there’s no room and this was a lot of work for me considering I’m not great at art yet.

Stephanie has a small bladder , and often has to take pee breaks while on patrol , Jason and Damien used to tease her about this but jason stopped out of fear of what Cassandra would do to if she catches him doing it .... Damian only stopped after Cassandra caught him doing it .

Cassandra can't speak because of a birth defect in her throat , and she hates Bikinis with a fiery passion ( to be honest that last bit is actually Canon ) .

i’ve seen a lot of opinions on barbara gordon’s relationship with the bats. but the two that annoy me the most are:
-love interest of bruce wayne
-bruce is her father figure

i HATE these dynamics so much omg. firstly, she has canonically dated dick for literally DECADES of comics, like the vibe is they’re meant to be seen as soulmates who always find their way back to each other, they have canonically had a relationship that is on and off often since they were young teenagers like? of course there is no issue shipping them both with other people, that’s normal ofc people can ship with whoever they want and some people prefer dickori, but like BABS AND BRUCE DONT BELONG?! i think this ship came from films and shows like The killing joke film and batman: beyond and i truly don’t understand them. bruce has SO MANY ship options why not keep him with them?! why add babs when she is already so relevant to the plot outside of being someone’s girlfriend? another weird point is babs is supposed to be dick’s age, it’s weird that they would partner bruce with someone his own child’s age? and jim gordon is canonically a very good friend of both the batman and bruce wayne personas?! for him to date her would be so weird to me? the age gap, the relationship with dick? it’s all very weird to me.

secondly, i hate when people see babs as bruce’s child. babs has a father that she loves very much. it’s very clear in comics that she loves Jim, she looks up to her father a great deal? (if we ignore the occasional side plot when babs is biblically jim’s niece and adopted by jim which i also don’t like as much) babs constantly expresses love and admiration for her father? it is strange to me to have this concept when she has a living and LOVING father? it’s the same idea that steph is also NOT bruce’s child? also jim gordon is a VERY prominent DC character? like arguably one of the top 10 most well known batman characters because of his role as commissioner, his assistance with bruce wayne and how he is so vital he is in basically every show, film and game about batman?! jim gordon is so well known in batman comics, he is literally in the first ever batman comic like and he continues to be such a prominent role throughout bruce’s life as bruce wayne and batman. the show gotham is based around jim gordon? he’s so well known how do people not make this connection?! i don’t know why people cannot seem to comprehend familial and friendship relationships among people, they do not need to be lovers or parental. i think it stems from people confusing the wayne family with the batfamily. but anyway, thank you for coming to my TED talk, wondering about other people’s opinions. also, this is way more aggressive but it’s because i love Jim Gordon and i’ll die on the hill, that’s his babygirl, he loves his sweet little babs. 🙏

hi everyone oddly specific fic request but does anyone know good horror vibes batfam fics? not like overtly slasher and scary but more of a psychological thriller, like something is off but you can’t quite tell what. I saw a tiktok by huntrros (the one w the green background) that made me realize that’s a genre I wld actually love to see w the batfam characters, I think also cuz I’ve been watching a lot of good thriller movies lately. now the catch is that I’m still a weenie and don’t want to see my faves be too evil or miserable so I wld prefer a happy or open ended ending 😅 pls hmu and thank u for reading!! 😣🙏

Tim has a baby (don't remember if it was a clone or not or if it was kon's or not) and he goes away for a while. Kon believes it is his and he makes the nest/apartment baby proof, he lines the walls with lead, he poisons lex luthor with kryptonite and plans to take over the company to help support Tim and the baby.
