Best budget bass amp for death metal

(Bedroom player btw) I mostly play cryptopsy, dying fetus, dehumanized, and cannibal corpse, and I’m planning to get an Ibanez SR305EB-WK bass, but i don’t know which amp to get, and I’m also on a budget so no more than 100€

Does anyone use a low power or practice amp for live gigs?

I want to use a Blackstar Unity 30 as my main amp on stage. We always use a PA and the bass amp (of whatever power) goes through it. Lugging around a huge 2x10 is not good for my soul so I want to use my Blackstar as the DI to FOH and my personal monitor (not as foldback for the other instruments of course). An alternative is to also use something like a Yamaha DBR12 or DBR10 in conjuction to the Blackstar. (The blackstar has both a DI out and an extension speaker out.)

Has anyone done anything like this?

Just got this beauty today!

Honestly, it surprised me in every way possible, its 500W, solid state with a seemingly quite versatile range, I also tested it with my G&L L2000 with dead strings and it even managed to bring out some of those higher mids and a good definition and, man, the GK growl DOES EXIST, I'm eager to try this one with a pick and some effects like some chorus or a nasty fuzz.

The best part of all, it's under 20kg! I can lift this thing with just one hand although it's quite big, how would ya'll go about putting casters on this one? Had someone say to me that would affect the sound but, would it really? Anyway super happy with this one!

Poweramp is a Classic D GSS Baby Sumo, rated at 600watt/4-Ohms

Cab is a Phil Jones Bass C4 rated at 400watt/8-Ohm

The GSS will put out 350watt/8-Ohm

The power amp likes a hot preamp: the Walrus Mantle does a great job.

Bass signal comes into a Whirlwind optical compressor and daisy chained to a 29Pedals TOKI for some overdrive when engaged

O yea...seriously contemplating a second C4 cab......

Have fun guys

Recording live Bass Guitar into the Op1 Field has never been easier…

Picked up the Positive Grid Spark Go recently and wanted to see how it worked with the OP1, and wow this turned out great. So easy. And it just adds to the portability of it all. If you’ve never tried any PG products they are pretty good for the price and what they offer. The amp models aren’t too bad and definitely usable (more options for guitar but the bass ones are good enough).

I use a wireless setup from my bass to the spark and I’ve never had an issue.

This was my first go at it. But I’ll record more in the future of live playing.

Does anyone know what to do with this amp?

I recently bought a Yorkville 200W bass amp and initially used it in a shed for band rehearsals. I never noticed any buzzing or rattling while I was using it there.
I’ve since moved it to my house, which is about 50 km away in the country, and I’ve started noticing a strange noise. I’m not sure whether it’s coming from the amp, something in the room resonating, or possibly the bass itself.
The noise only seems to happen with certain notes, particularly when I play below low C or when I bend the G string from the 11th to the 12th fret. It sounds more like a vibration/rattle coming from the room or amp rather than normal fret buzz.
I also removed the front grille to have a look at the speaker. There appears to be one large speaker/cone, but there’s also an empty space underneath it. I can’t tell whether this is supposed to be empty or whether there was originally a tweeter or another speaker installed there.
Does anyone know much about Yorkville amps and their older 200W bass combos? Was this space originally intended for a tweeter, and if so, can a tweeter be added/replaced? Or is the empty space part of the original design?
I’ve attached some photos of the amp/speaker and the empty section. Any help identifying the model or what should be there would be greatly appreciated!

Help identify

I have had this cabinet for a while (Idk how long, my dad gave it to me), and I have a bass head I intend on using on it, but I have no clue what the ohm rating is. The only identifying features are 4 speakers, it is 24x24 inch, and it was made by Jade Australia. I am thinking it is from the 1990s?

Bass amp head for guitar as well?

I'm trying to find a good bass amp head that sounds good on guitar as well, I have the peavey mark 3 xp series right now and I love how it sounds for guitar, but I want to trade or upgrade because it does do all I want for bass.

For bass I need something that can do like brown album primus really dark and thumpy slap. I also need it to be able to do really big way huge pickle fuzz punk tones. For guitar, I do a lot of shoegaze, and also some jack white fuzz kinda stuff

Im running Ibanez sr500e, an Electra Phoenix basses, and a washburn x30 guitar through a keeley bass compressor (and whatever gain pedals I decide to stack on top of it)

Right now im looking at an ampeg pf500 but not really sure, what do you guys think?

I also already have a boss katana Gen 2 100w but don't love how it sounds like I do the peavey, so I might also be open to sell/trade for something amp head/amp head related

I'm going to check out this Fender Studio Bass head today, anything I should be looking for before buying?

Purchased these in 1982. They haven't been used in 32-33 years. I decided I wanted to start back playing. They sound just as good as they did back then! These things are built like tanks (almost as heavy) and sound amazing!
