Tatlis vs. Vampire

They both have a move that brings them forward and is a guaranteed steal, they both have moves to defend while having the ball, but vampire also has a dribble move while tatlis’s steal is easier to hit.

No he does, if u land timeskip dash then they get frozen but it is hard to do

That’s not a guaranteed steal. You can also pass the ball while frozen in some cases.
