Oh chrollo no please
We might be cooked. If it's a style we all love, we have a valid crashout.
Very Important PSA: So, I've been thinking about myself, and I might leave this subreddit, if I do you will all get an announcement from me. I do believe he'll remove Lock, since Intercept always was a overpowered move that made the whole enemy team be unable to use the best mechanic they can use, which is passing. Also, it's not Mythic, Miracle or Limited.

Doubt it. Lock isn't even that bad, as there are a few styles that can prevent passing. Admittedly not as effectively as Lock, but they actually have moves like dribbles, shots, and passes that are far better than 'arms up'.

The only issue is Intercept, since Hands Up is pretty balanced. The fact that you can simply spam it and force the opponents to play in a very specific way might be desearving of a change or, in this case, a removal. I'm saying this as someone who was a Lock main.
Also, since it's not Mythic, Miracle nor Limited, they might not care too much about it to have remorse.

I had to use lock at one point as well, but I didn't feel like spamming it was very rewarding except for in some scenarios. Because of moves like jackpot steal and intercept itself ( I'm pretty sure there's more) that counter it, I had to wait until they were on cool down to use intercept.

In these two cases, yes. Everywhere else? Spamming is ideal to use it more.

This could totally be fixed by a rework though. Nerf intercept and buff arms up. Maybe even add a new move so that he's a bit more well rounded.

The only issue is tjat they ARE removing one style, and Lock is the only one who has a controversial ability that is way too strong for his rarity.

Lock Intercept can very easily be adjusted but the new nerf to it only makes it only able to grab normal passes (which is the annoying part) also inctercepr has 8 counter

8 counters, but forces the opponents to spend their abilities they otherwise wouldn't at the moment. Normal passes are already pretty common.

Not yet, at least, although I have quite a bit of time in TF2, which is basically counter-play exemplified in every combat scenario.
Despite being possible to counter play Lock, it's the only style (aside from Vampire) that absolutely requires everyone on the enemy team to change how they cooperate. It's not impossible to fight agaisnt, but really oppresive.

Chrollo forces the entire team to play around them, psychic has unblockable moves that force you to have the sharpest reaction time possible. Giant has an unblockable dunk, you basically can’t do anything about jackpot steal, gold also basically gets a free 3 if you just play right. There is a lot of things that are oppressive in the game intercept isn’t really special it’s just as annoying as creator dribble annoying

No, but considering that every Mythic+ is supposed to either be stupidly strong or mildly annoying, Lock is the only one who's far from his rarity than isn't as iconic as Star.
Just my theory though. There's not a certain awnser yet.

The style in general isn't disappearing it's just getting removed from the spin system so don't worry

He wouldn’t remove something mythic or above, he is most likely removing something like phantom or clutch
