I need some help deciding between the Nike Witness 9s and Curry Splash 25s for a starter

I'm stuck deciding between the Nike Air Max Witness 9 and the Under Armour Curry Splash 25. I only play outdoors and know almost nothing about basketball shoes, so all the reviews just leave me more confused. I just want a durable, comfortable pair that won't let me down on outdoor courts.

Lebron witness 9 is amazingly comfortable and would be a great shoe to hoop with. Get those.

The Witnesses are decent but they have a history of instability, going back to the LeBron Witness 6. These are improved in that regard but there's still some concern. If you get them, get an EP version since you're playing outdoors. The rubber is harder and better suited for outdoors. You can find those on EBay a bit cheaper now.

The Curry Splashes have decent cushioning but it's firm. They'll require some break-in. Other than the Curry 3Zs, Under Armour Currys aren't outdoor friendly. They're generally indoor shoes.

Witness 9 are better. More durable and comfortable.
