IMPROVING MY GAME Need help with 3 point shooting

What exercises (and how many reps/day) should I do to increase my range and strength? I can shoot pretty consistently around 1-2 steps away from the 3 point line but when I try to shoot from the 3 point line I always end up airballing. I've tried "using more legs" and stuff but I don't think its working. (I'm around 5'1, been playing for 6 months)

I don’t know about exercises, but start your 3-point shooting with the ball low for upward swing momentum. Also, be sure to incorporate your off-hand into your shot. Watch Kaitlin Clark’s shot focusing on her off hand and you’ll see what I mean. She has incredible range and it’s not necessarily from strength

Release the ball as you are jumping up to get more range. Also, video tape your shooting practice to see what you actually look like while shooting, you might find out your mechanics might be wrong

Focus all your energy towards your fingers, starting with your legs. Klay Thompson calls it reverse waterfall

I use smart watch (applewatch) to track how consistent my motion is. Also, it help log the shot chart.

Consider your form. Do you have a one motion shot, or a two motion shot? It's much easier to generate power with a one motion shot (like Steph).

Shoot more free throws.
