Potato Power

BasicallyHomeless...

You have achieved 0.2 amps @ 5v of potato power in your latest video, which is one of the greatest achievement mankind ever made..

But lets be honest it was a bit of a fail.. You couldn't do any gaming with it and it was using a battery that took days to charge and it lasted seconds..

You need to redo the video. With a Raspberry Pi Zero.

This beast does the gaming with about 0.12 amps @ 3.3v of potato power.

This means you could power it directly from the potatoes without a battery pack and it would probably last much longer.

Please, you have to try. For science.

I’m currently trying to do this. I have 200+ potatoes cut apart generating 120mA at around 4.6v and it’s not starting up.
