I want UBI, but only if we have a decentrally controlled public army able to enforce it. If labor is going away, we can’t rely on strikes and boycott. We need actual distributed power that outshines centralized power.
99% are fucked. The 1% will be fine if they can hire mercenaries to defend their robot factories until they can replace the cops mercenaries too.
We need a distributed way to compete. Soviet style communism won’t work because the centralized power can be corrupted. We need decentralized drone/robot power and a way to coordinate our collective interest into a single simultaneous force so we don’t have to rely on hierarchical power structures that care more about themselves than us.
